Description

This part replaces the characteristic aperture coupling prong, better known as "rabbit ears," on early Nikon Nikkor lenses (Pre-AI / Non-AI). It establishes the mechanical connection to the light meter pin on classic cameras such as the Nikon F (Photomic), F2 (Photomic), or the Nikkormat series. The part is purely functional for light metering and ensures that your vintage camera correctly recognises the set aperture again.
